Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition Launched at Motoverse 2025: Price & Features

Debut at Motoverse 2025

Royal Enfield unveiled the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition at Motoverse 2025 in Goa, drawing inspiration from the formidable Mana Pass, one of India’s highest motorable routes at over 18,000 feet. This special edition arrived amid a festival buzzing with over 40,000 riders, emphasizing pure motorcycling culture and new launches. Priced at Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom), it tops the Himalayan lineup, just Rs 17,000 above the Hanle Black variant.

Stealth Black Design and Rally Kit

The Mana Black sports a full Stealth Black theme with matte and satin finishes on the tank, panels, engine, frame, USD forks, and tubeless wire-spoke rims for a menacing, understated look. Factory-fitted rally accessories include black Rally handguards with aluminum braces, a one-piece Rally seat raised to 860mm for off-road movement, a high-mount Rally mudguard, and a flared rally tail section that reduces visual bulk. These upgrades make it trail-ready straight from the showroom, weighing in at 195kg slightly lighter than standard models.

Core Performance Unchanged

Power comes from the proven 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa 450 single-cylinder engine, delivering 40bhp at 8000rpm and 40Nm at 5500rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Features carry over seamlessly: circular TFT display with Google Maps, Bluetooth connectivity, ride-by-wire throttle, switchable ABS, multiple ride modes, all-LED lighting, 21-inch front / 17-inch rear wheels, and 230mm ground clearance. Expect around 24-29 kmpl mileage, blending high-altitude touring prowess with daily usability.

Why It Stands Out

Bookings are live now, with deliveries starting soon, positioning the Mana Black as the ultimate factory-equipped Himalayan for adventure seekers who skip aftermarket hassles. Its tubeless spoked wheels simplify puncture repairs on remote trails, while the rally kit enhances protection and ergonomics for rugged rides. This edition elevates the Himalayan 450’s versatility, making it a compelling choice against rivals like the KTM 390 Adventure.
